THE REAL PROPERTIES LISTED BELOW WILL BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION ON ; IF NOT PAID IN FULL BY 5:00 P.M. ON . The auction will be held at 9:30 A.M. in the Commission Chambers of the Clark County Government Center, located at 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada. If payment for a property is not received from the successful bidder by 4:00 p.m. on day of auction, the property may be re-auctioned on *, at 9:30 a.m. Also, any properties not receiving bids on may be re-auctioned on *. Payment for properties re-auctioned on * must be received by 4:00 p.m. that same day. Payment must be in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or money order.

Auction Information: Auction information is available at the Treasurer’s Office or online at (Trustee Properties). There is a $1,000.00 registration fee to participate in the auction. Minimum Bid: The minimum bid amount includes, but is not limited to, taxes, penalties, interest, and costs legally chargeable against the property. The amount may also include liens related to delinquent sanitation/reclamation, sewer, special improvement district assessments, nuisance abatements and other like or related charges. Not all liens are satisfied by a tax auction. Some liens and other encumbrances may remain.

The County makes no representations, guarantees or warranties regarding the physical condition or stability of any of the parcels being auctioned, the existence of hazardous materials on or under the surface of the parcels, the suitability of the property for the bidders' purposes or for any other purpose. The properties are being conveyed subject to existing covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-ways, easements and any other possible encumbrances. The County is making no representations, guarantees or warranties regarding any liens or encumbrances that currently exist or may exist in the future on any parcel. It is your responsibility to perform due diligence on all parcels and make any independent investigation you deem necessary. The County’s sole purpose for the sale is to recover the delinquent taxes.
